Seattle Chapter Named Charity of the Month
The Seattle NFF Chapter was recently honored as the Bonneville Charity
of the Month.
The 43rd Annual Scholar-Athlete Awards Ceremony took place on December
14, 2008 at Qwest field. Jackson Pierce and Kurt
Stottlemyer, both from Bothell High, were honored with the top

2008 Chapter Golf Tournament
The Seattle NFF Chapter Annual Shotgun Golf tournament was
held Monday, August 18, at Indian
Summer Golf and Country Club. Read Story.
The Seattle Chapter 2007 Scholar-Athlete Awards Ceremony and Brunch was
held Sunday, December 16, at Qwest Field. J.J. Clark of
Eastlake High School and Allen Trillana of Kent-Meridian
were honored with the top two awards, each receiving a $2000 scholarships
from the Seattle Chapter. Read

Terry Ennis and Rollie Robins were
both honored with the Tony Gasparovich Award at the 2007 Scholar-Atlete
Awards on December 16. This award is presented by the Seattle-King
County Chapter to football supporters who exhibit love and dedication
of the game through their principles and leadership with those they

Kellen Kiilsgaard was honored by the NFF as one of five 2007 National
High School Scholar-Athletes during the 60th annual awards

Legendary High School coach, Terry Ennis, dies
Terry
Ennis, football coach at Archbishop Murphy High School, died September
12 at University Medical Center of prostate cancer.
He was the second-winningest coach in state history with a record of
287-87. He won 1A state championships at Archbishop Murphy in 2002
and 2003 and the 4A (then-AAA) title in 1991 at Cascade. Read

Committee, which selects the 25-man All-America Team and
the winners of the Bronko Nagurski and Outland trophies.
This spring, the committee will help select the FWAA All-America
Watch List and the watch lists for both of the FWAA's major

announced the 2009 Divisional Hall of Fame Class, which
considers players and coaches from the NCAA Football Championship
Subdivision (formerly I-AA), Divisions II, III, and the NAIA
(National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics) for induction.

Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame announced the members of
the 2009 NFF Hampshire Honor Society, which is comprised of college football
players from all divisions of play who each maintained a 3.2 GPA or better. A
total of 564 players from 266 schools qualified for membership in the society's
third year, a 27 percent increase from the 2008 class. Read
